How do I get to you?
By car, take the B311 to Zell am See and continue towards Schüttdorf. Our address is Gletschermoosstraße 6. Two EV charging stations are available on site, activated with a card from reception.

Can I park at your place?
Yes, we have a limited number of free outdoor parking spaces. Our underground car park costs 15 € per stay.

When can I check in and out?
Check-in is possible from 4 to 8 pm, and check-out until 10 am. Reception is staffed daily from 7 am to 9 pm. The resort is open all year round.

What is included in summer?
From mid-May to the end of October you receive the Zell am See-Kaprun Card as part of your stay. It includes many of the region's mountain lifts, lakes and excursion destinations.

What about the food?
The breakfast buffet is available daily from 7 to 10.30 am. In the evening you can choose between a 4-course menu and à la carte, served from 6 to 9 pm. The bar is open from 12 to 11 pm. And with the kitchen in your suite, you can cook for yourself any time.
